My career has been anything but traditional. I spent years working in the fast-paced world of biotechnology, managing complex research projects and developing systems to make high-stakes processes run smoothly. I learned how to solve problems quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver results, which are skills that translate perfectly into helping small businesses stay organized, efficient, and ready to grow.
But, my heart has always been with community-driven work. As a board member for Learning Home Volunteers, I work with some really passionate people to close the education equity gap. I also fund a small scholarship through Emmez Consulting because I believe that when you’ve had the opportunity to succeed, you should open the door for others, too. This mix of technical expertise and a people-first mindset means I approach every client with both precision and empathy, understanding your business while never losing sight of your mission.
